STEP 1Gather All Assets to be Localized
Go through all the elements that were required to complete the course in the source language. Start off with the scripts and text. Include all supporting documentation, e.g. slide decks, graphics, etc. Make sure to include the e-learning authoring tool build, e.g. Adobe Captivate.
STEP 2Select Languages & a Pilot Language
