Like a Swiss watch or the latest smartphone, we strive to keep our customer experience smooth while a complex, finely tuned process kicks into gear as soon as we get a translation request.
First, you will be assigned a project coordinator and a project manager. Your project coordinator forwards the translation request and any supplementary information to our localization team, who will then review your source files. Your coordinator will ask you any relevant questions from the localization team before creating an estimate and sending it to you, making sure to answer any questions you have.
Once you approve the estimate, production kicks into gear. Linguists, project managers, DTP artists, editors – everyone relevant for your project is contacted by your project manager assigned to you, who ensures there’s clear and quick communication between all departments and makes sure the project is being completed according to your specifications.
After the project has been delivered, your initial point of contact will reach back out to you to make sure everything went smoothly and you were satisfied with your delivery.
